  They are same like scams I bought 4 pillows that is cost me $120 dollars My all family don't liked and I went to returned they told me we're not going to return the pillow. Now I'm saying to the all customers if you buy the pillow from this store when you don't liked they're not returned it's final sale. Now what should I do with the pillow

  I wish i could give then negative stars. It makes sense why theyre closing. Staff is extremely rude and poor maners, and not very customee service oriented. I went back to this location three times to pick up a desk after they told me that it would be ready one night then promise me it would be ready another night then promised it would be ready another night and still gave me attitude when. It's almost like they felt guilty and attacked because they know they had screwed up so many times so they got defensive. Last straw was paying for something and putting some of it in my car because I couldn't carry it all back in at one time and then trying to get back into the store and one of the employees wouldn't help me with the door.

  Disappointed with Customer Service at JSDK Whitby I recently shopped at the Whitby location and had a frustrating experience. I purchased several items, including a heavy armchair. A staff member named Dave helped me load the chair into my cart and suggested I bring my car to the front entrance. When I did, he placed the armchair in my backseat but forgot to load the plant I had also purchased. I left, assuming everything was in the car. A few days later, I returned to the store to ask about the missing plant. Dave denied that anything was left behind. I requested a camera check, but the staff kept delaying, asking me to come back in 20 minutes. When I returned, the manager told me she didn’t have access to the footage, even though another staff member had said she did. Eventually, I was told only the supervisor could access recordings and she wouldn’t be in until the end of the week. They said they will contact me. I truly hope the supervisor handles this matter efficiently and provides a clear resolution, without any more delays or back-and-forth. To add to the confusion, the name on my receipt doesn’t match the cashier who actually processed my payment. Overall, I’m really disappointed with the lack of accountability and follow-through. I hope JSDK Whitby improves their customer service and communication, especially when it comes to resolving simple issues like this.
