She demonstrated excellent customer service skills, she is kind, pleasant and knowledgeable. I find online can be difficult when choosing a colour. I wanted to ensure the blinds were the shade of white I needed. The blinds fit like a glove, and appear white during the day but have a tinge of grey in the evening when the lights are on, likely just the lighting in the room. They still look great.
