- RMRyan MMar 22, 20261.0My mother has had a unit in this location since it opened. I am getting ready to move, so I decided I would rent an additional, larger unit for myself. They had a promotion on for something like 50% off for 12 weeks. After paying them over five hundred dollars over the phone for my mother's unit, I asked about an additional larger unit under my name with that promotion. I was told that I can't get that promotion because "my family" (my mother) already got a promotion of a month free when she first took a unit there. Even though the unit is, and always has been in her name, I cannot rent a unit for myself and recieve a promotional discount because someone with the same last name as me got one YEARS AGO. Yeah, I kid you not. That was the position they took. I feel sorry for anyone with the last name Jones, or Smith, because someone from your respectove clans has surely snapped up your one and only discount at some point already. My mother has terminal cancer, so you will be losing her as a tenant in the very near future. You could have had my business to replace hers, but you turned it away. So, you'll lose both.
