  Paid 500.00 for a lounge chair to match the couch I was purchasing and also purchased the warranty. I live on my own and have no children. This chair is rarely used. Haven’t even had it three years. The seam in the back is coming apart and you can feel bumps and breaks on the top of the frame of the chair under the fabric. I was told that the warranty I purchased is not applicable and the seam splitting and issues with the frame are due to “normal wear and tear”. From what? It’s rarely used. I have purchased two couches and this chair in less than a decade because I had thought Leon’s was a good Canadian company to support. I will never buy from them again. Judging from the reviews, I’m not the only one to realize that Leon’s does not stand behind their products and the warranties are a useless money - grab. If a seam coming apart on a 500.00, rarely used chair in under three years is “normal wear and tear”, that speaks volumes regarding their own take on the quality of the product this well - known, long standing company sells. What this admits is that the furniture they sell has a three year shelf life - if I’m lucky. Shameful. For the record, I paid less that 200.00 for a chair at Structube at around the same time - and the condition of it is perfect. So no, this is not a “normal wear and tear” issue.

  Thank you very much Stephen, we appreciate all of your help and think you are the best! ~~ We had a great experience at the Leons in Welland! Stephen helped us pick all of the appliances we needed and additional furniture. I was worried about going in and making an order but Stephen made it a fantastic experience. He wasn't pushy or trying to sell to us, and instead helped us save as much as we can while providing honest feedback about one brand vs. another. Stephen also helped us explore other options and see where we can maximize our savings. He also gave us the space do our own thing while we explored options and did not feel rushed. He is very knowledgeable and we highly recommend Stephen for anyone looking to buy furniture. ~~ Thanks again Stephen! We hope to work with you again in the future for other upgrades and additions to our home!!

  Dan and Stephen were absolutely so patient and accomodating with helping me find the perfect matress for my needs. I cannot thank them both enough for their support and their expertise. I will always recommend anyone looking for a new matress to Leons!

  I bought an entertainment unit 4 years ago and I can't get this store to stop calling me with recorded messages on a regular basis. Brutal

  Good experience. Kevin was the rep who assisted me and I have no complaints. He is knowledgeable, respectful, patient and very nice without being pretentious. Bedding options were good. The sale brought a 3.6K mattress down to 1.8K.
