  I bought an entertainment unit 4 years ago and I can't get this store to stop calling me with recorded messages on a regular basis. Brutal

  Good experience. Kevin was the rep who assisted me and I have no complaints. He is knowledgeable, respectful, patient and very nice without being pretentious. Bedding options were good. The sale brought a 3.6K mattress down to 1.8K.

  My wife and I purchased a fridge and a stove from Leons. Victoria, the sales person, was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The delivery guys were very professional. They had our new appliances moved into our house in no time. Derek the stove installer was just here. Once again I was very pleased with the quality of the work done. All in all, a very nice experience dealing with all the folks from Leons. A 10 out of 10!!

  Bought some furniture from the Burlington location - Excellent to deal with. Had it delivered from the Welland location due to my location. On delivery day, We asked the driver if he could please leave plastic on the furniture as we still had some reno taking place. He misunderstood, and left ALL the packaging on, including cardboard, styrofoam and layers and layers of plastic. They attempted to get the furniture into the house without removing the door. Both my husband, and the contractor offered to remove it, but the driver said it wasn't necessary. After several failed attempts of trying to get the furniture into the home, literally smashing it into the door, until he was told to back up and let the door be removed. Hinges were obviously on the back side of the door so the inside of the door itself was not looked at. As soon as they left hubby and contractor went to put the door back on and it would not close. Upon inspection, it was revealed that the the front veneer of the door had split from the side frame causing the door to not be able to close. I called Leon's right away and spoke to the manager on duty. He was very apologetic, I send him photos etc. The main manager was away until the following week. I waited for a call back, but had not heard anything so decided to call him. He had not yet looked at my issue, but did while on the call admitting there were 2 clear points of impact on the door (now held together with red tuc tape and construction adhesive). He said he would speak to the driver's and get back to me. Called me back to say that since the drivers denied even the possibility of it happening, and I did not have video footage of it happening, that I must have caused the damage myself!! At this point I lost it, as I was so appalled that I would be accused of that. I did try to send another complaint through the online portal which was sent to the same person who called and told me he was still unwilling to do anything about it. I also posted on the Facebook page, and still nothing. It has now been about 5 months and still nothing at all from Leon's - other than a robot call asking me come in and shop at the Welland store. NOT A FREAKING CHANCE Leon's. Not the first time I have had an issue, but first time being accused of being a liar and trying to defraud them out of a door. I give 2 stars as I do love the furniture - Dallas reclining sofa and loveseat. Not allowing me to post photos but I will try to add them later.
