Stephen helped us and was honest about what we would and could not get in time for the holiday season. I found something I really loved and Stephen was very informative helping us create a modular sectional that would fit in our space. We left that evening to think on it and when I arrived the following day, Stephen was in and once again helped me measure out the couch to ensure it would fit in our space. He listened to our wants and never pushed to up sell us. He helped us find a solution to get the 1 remaining piece that was not in stock at the closest location and we were able to pick up our couch in less than a week from when we purchased it. Very happy with our purchase and the service that we received.

Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing The salesman’s behavior toward me and my husband was rude and unprofessional, and it felt like pure racism. The moment he looked at us, he assumed we were “under budget” and made a comment implying he didn’t expect us to spend money. That kind of judgment is unacceptable We weren’t there to spend $3,000 on a bed, but we were absolutely ready to spend a decent amount on quality furniture. Ironically, we did find something we liked but chose not to purchase because of the way we were treated. It genuinely felt like he didn’t want our business at all. A furniture store should treat every customer with respect, regardless of which race you belong to or assumed budget. This experience left us very disappointed, and we will not be returning. Leony Furniture seriously needs to train their staff on professionalism and basic human respect.

After visiting several stores (including another Leon’s in the area), it’s been challenging to shop when salespeople are overly pushy. That being said, our experience here was completely different. Nick was fantastic! He really listened to what we wanted, helped us piece together the perfect sectional, and set us up with a great warranty. We couldn’t be happier with the service and can’t wait for our new furniture to arrive. Highly recommend!
