We bought a bed 3 months ago and they sent us a wrong colour we ordered a white colour but they sent us a grey one instead and we did not check it at first because we had trust in them to send us the right one, but when we checked we saw it was the wrong colour, we tried to reach out to exchange the colour that was clearly your mistake but still couldn’t help us and change the colour for us even though the bed had not been opened up yet and set up yet and had the receipt! The person at customer service and the manager was very rude and not helpful whatsoever especially the girl at customer service! We felt like we have been scammed and yet still could not help us. Very very rude and bad customer service. And I will be giving this service a 0 zero star and will never recommend anyone buying any furniture from this location. Very disgusting behaviour

We bought bedroom set in white color and in receipt it says white and they give us different color so after some time I open the set and it's different color it's their fault and they told us oh we can't return it or change. worst customer service I have ever seen because it's their fault I pay for a white color not for different color and prove is receipt never go here that's scam zero star

Terrible store, terrible location. We bought a TV on January 5th and were told every two weeks when we called that it would be another two weeks before the TV came in.
I just received a call today , over two months after our purchase informing us that the TV we purchased is discontinued and that the sales person would help us "select a new one" and we would have to pay the difference.
When we asked for a refund, we were told that we have to come in store and that it can't be done online.
After 2 months of holding our money with no product, there were ZERO accommodations made to help us.
I will never shop here or at any brick store again, and I will make sure to tell all my family and friends to never shop there again. I've never seen worse service in my life.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
