Leon’s doesn’t care about its customers once you’ve paid. I’ve been waiting for my sofa for six months now. I was originally told it would arrive in three months, which was already three months ago.

Purchased a couch on Monday , was promised it would be delivered today (Wednesday) between 1-5pm .Sales or delivery NEVER stated it was policy that elevators must be in service for it to be brought upstairs until a few minutes before arriving to our area . General delivery manager Nelson / Nielson was rude and not accommodating. After 2 minutes of them calling my husband , my husband tried calling back to inform the superintendent of my building would come to put the elevator in service he did not pick up the phone and the superintendent does not live in the building . I later called on my phone where he answered and refused any customer service /help to get our couches back on the way to us after being last on the list to deliver the couches . Would never recommend Leon’s to anyone . If we didn’t desperately need these couches as I have a baby shower planned this weekend , I would cancel my order and purchase elsewhere . Whoever is planning on buying from here PLEASE be warned by all these bad reviews … I should have checked before buying .

My experience with Leon’s Furniture has been extremely disappointing due to poor delivery service and inconsistent communication. I purchased a 3 piece living room set , but the delivery drivers refused to bring it into my home and claimed they would damage the property and they were rushing us. They did not make a reasonable attempt to complete the delivery.
After I raised the issue, the manager appeared surprised and offered us a reschedule date for upcoming Saturday. Even said that they will try to put be first in the morning. However, the store later changed this and informed us that we are now 12th in line with a different delivery time, which contradicts what was previously communicated.
This lack of consistency, professionalism, and clear communication has been very frustrating. I am very disappointed with the overall experience and expect better from a company of this size. This is my second review in one week

Extremely pathetic delivery services. The driver was rude, ignorant and left without delivering the furniture. Not even waiting for 5 minutes.
All the furniture delivered was faulty and had to be replaced. I already waited for 2 weeks to schedule a delivery but can't. Last time I am buying anything from Leons
