Last week, I went to Leon's Bass Pro Shop location, and I had a very bad experience. I needed a sofa and a refrigerator. I chose and got it. I paid in cash. They gave me a delivery time today. I waited until today, and no one called me. When I called and asked about it, their only response was "I'm sorry." But they didn't have the refrigerator. They said we'll have it in December, and you have to wait until then. When I asked them why they didn't tell me when I paid last week and how the refrigerator ran out of stock so soon after I made the payment, they just said, "I'm sorry, if you want, we can give you another delivery date for the sofa." When I told them that my deadline was today, no explanation was given. If you value your money and time, do not go to this store. All they'll say is "we're sorry" and will probably extend your wait time as much as they can. Also, if you experience any problems after delivery, you'll probably be held responsible.

We participated in Leon’s 50th Anniversary draw, and upon having our numbers checked, we were informed that we had won an L2 7.0 cu. ft. deep freezer. When we stated that we did not have enough space in our vehicle that day, we were assured that we could return within one week to pick it up. However, when we went back within the promised time frame, we were told that the product was no longer available and that we needed to contact customer service. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through customer service, we were never able to receive the prize we rightfully won.
Despite this disappointing and unprofessional experience, we still proceeded to purchase a living room set worth approximately $3,400 from Leon’s. Unfortunately, the sofa was delivered with a tear. While I trust that this issue will be addressed, the situation regarding the deep freezer has caused significant frustration and has completely undermined my confidence in the company.
I am deeply disappointed that such a large and well-established company refused to provide a prize that we legitimately won, offering excuses that were neither reasonable nor acceptable. This conduct is highly concerning and reflects a lack of accountability and customer respect. I am sharing my experience so that others can be informed and aware of this matter, as I believe this practice is both misleading and damaging to consumer trust.

Here is the synopsis of our 3-months saga…
We bought the Foundary bedroom set from this Leon’s earlier this year - two nightstands and a gentleman’s chest. Unfortunately it was back-ordered so we had to wait some 4 months to get it.
When it arrived we were in disbelief because it was riddled with defects. Tons of chipped paint, paint sputters, misaligned drawers, and some that didn’t even close. To be honest I don’t even know how the manufacturer was still in business.
We called Leon’s right away to evaluate our options. After some back and forth and 3 weeks later we had a gentleman, Thomas, show up from Vynew to attempt to correct some of these. We were very impressed with his quality of work; he was indeed able to fix a lot of the surface stuff, but the misaligned drawers remained. We decided to just replace the nightstands instead.
I had numerous calls with Leon’s thereafter but the lady we were working with (Jaap) was not very helpful and would often fail to follow up, so we started escalating. Then our case got transferred over to Majura who was a word of difference and turned it all around for us. She was very professional, diligent in making sure to follow up, and was honestly doing her best to help.
Unfortunately as we later found out, this model has been discontinued and there was no more stock available to replace (besides one unit in Scarborough location that turned out to be just as defective). We ended up negotiating a settlement that we found fair and fixing the remaining bits ourselves while having the contractor in for a second time to address any remaining issues on the nightstand we were originally planning to replace.
All in all, we are very satisfied with the end result but not too happy about the arduous process to get there. Still, we would like to give a shout out to Majura for diligently helping work out the issues and come to a reasonable resolution. Without her help, we’d most definitely be out again shopping for another set.
PS: For anyone with this set, I strongly recommend ordering custom 6mm glass
toppers (as shown) to protect the nightstands as the veneer is very brittle.

I had an excellent experience here purchasing a couch. I was helped by Eva and she was immensely knowledgeable and the whole process was very relaxed. She showed me a lot of options for what I was looking for without ever putting any pressure on me. The prices here were really good and she did an excellent job of explaining the couch warranty/protection stuff to me without pushing it uncomfortably and I ended up going with it since it sounded like a great value. Overall, really friendly and excellent experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot begin to explain how horrible our experience has been from leons and this location.
Veliu, our sales representative I do not want to blame as she tried very hard to correct the situation. We purchased a number of items on Sept 22. We needed to have all items to a condo, the delivery company who is paid by Leon's DO NOT CARE !!! they will deliver by Postal Code when they want to deliver NOT when the customer wants even with a 4 hr window allowed by the Condo Management which really worked hard to help us move in.
So after almost 3 weeks later we finally told them to deliver when they want as they would not accommodate us.
They finally dropped off in loading area and that evening My Son and I loaded , bed , mattress, table, and 6 large boxes ourself up to the 11th floor, missing the Chairs which are still on backorder which we didn't find out till the delivery company mentioned to us.
Crazy a delivery Company is used and paid by Leon's and will deliver when they say it will be delivered.
2 days later we had the assembly service put the bed together left a mess and refused to take away all the boxes. We decided to purchase the rest of our furniture items from Ashley's Furniture because we just could not and would not and could not give Leon's any further business. So Ashley's gave us a delivery window of 4 hrs and assembly at the same time as the delivery they call it White Glove Service and it certainly was. Assembly was completed and all boxes removed from the Condo. PERFECT 👌
I also had a credit to be processed from Leon's gave them my same card which all furniture was
Originally purchased just can't understand why it took approx 3 weeks for a simple refund where it most cases it's completed the same day.
