They ruined their carpet steps, dinged her entrance door and refuse (at first) to take her old appliances (although they have paid for them to be disposed by Leon). The person in question had to call Leon at 5pm to get the delivery team back to their place to pick up their old appliances that they left behind in their driveway. The delivery team went back, and dragged those furniture on the driveway, damaging it in the process. Our friend went to Leon to complaint and seek some type of compensation. To which the floor manager answered back that there was nothing to be done since they had signed the waiver. Our friend purchased for over 7,000$ of appliances and that is the kind of service they got back in return. I will never do business with Trenton Leon

Mike is very personable and knowledgeable, which always makes it a great no fuss experience! They filtered the freezer today and took my old one. The crew was very polite and paid attention to the house when placing the freezer in its location. It was a very good purchase and experience!

Andrew and Brent handled the delivery and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They arrived right on time, were friendly, polite, and professional, and worked efficiently without any issues. They were careful moving everything in and took the time to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. It’s not often you come across a delivery team that makes the whole process feel easy and stress-free, but these two definitely did. They clearly take pride in their work and represent Leon’s extremely well. If you're ordering from Leon’s Trenton, you’ll be lucky to have them deliver your items!
