    I recently visited your store on Dufferin Street in Toronto and had a very disappointing experience. The manager, Thilesh, was extremely rude and unprofessional in his interaction with customers. His tone and manner of speaking were inappropriate and did not reflect the level of service one would expect. I am a regular customer and have purchased many items from this store over time, which makes this experience even more disappointing. This experience was frustrating and left a negative impression. I believe customer-facing staff, especially managers, should demonstrate professionalism, respect, and basic communication skills. I hope this matter is addressed appropriately to ensure a better experience for future customers.

    We had such a great experience at The Brick thanks to Avhimanyu (Avi)He really took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect sofa without any pressure. What stood out the most was how he worked with us to get an amazing deal—we honestly didn’t expect to walk away that happy with both the price and the quality. If you’re shopping at The Brick, definitely ask for him. Professional, patient, and genuinely cares about his customers.

    Not only is their Customer Service over the phone awful, their Delivery Service is equally pathetic! For starters, despite confirming the delivery date at the store, they later call to tell you that they’re going to be late. Not just late, they call to also tell you that one of items would be delivered at a later date. And then finally on the date of the delivery, another item from the list of “Deliverable Items” shows missing! And then when you try to call them to check what’s happening they don’t even pick up the calls! I called them 10times already, but their helpline number that is registered under Anamika Sen, chose to not pick up a single call! To elaborate: I was supposed to get 4 items delivered on Tuesday. They called on Monday to inform that they can deliver only 3 items, that too on Thursday. And today is Thursday, but their Tracker is showing only 2 items now!

    Came into The Brick on Geary Ave today with my husband shopping for a new bed. Our sales associate Fahad was patient and did not try to pressure us into spending more than we could afford. Instead he and the store manager Chris, worked with us to make a purchase within budget. Fahad and Chris helped us make an informative purchase we could feel confident in. Thank You Guys!!!

    ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ : DO NOT BUY FROM THE BRICK! I ordered a stove from them since December and to this day I still have not received my stove. It’s been 5 months and each time I contact them my stove gets pushed back another month with no solution. No one’s able to help you and when you try to speak to a manager they dodge you and never get back to you. Imagine not being able to cook for your kids for 5 months. They have my money but I still don’t have my stove. This is unacceptable! I would give them a 0 star if I could. I warn everyone and I repeat do not buy from The Brick!
