  I recently hired this cleaning company and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I had high hopes for a thorough clean, but it quickly became evident that many areas were overlooked. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly; the showerhead appeared untouched, and all the chrome fixtures were not fully cleaned. I specifically requested that dust be wiped away, but it seemed that only about 20% of the surfaces were addressed, with no effort made to lift items and clean underneath them. I took a 15-minute video post-cleaning that highlights these issues, and I can share it if needed. The kitchen countertop still had tea cup stains and other marks after they were “done” cleaning kitchen I ended up asking them to return for a re-clean, making excuses that it will not clean they cleaned it while i was watching . The backsplash was also neglected, and the fridge was not wiped down on the outside.lots of spots missed Overall, my house was clean before their visit, as I usually handle cleaning myself. I wanted to try a professional service for a change, but I found that what took them four hours could easily be done in two hours by me on a Saturday morning. The total cost for their service was $280 for two cleaners, plus HST, and I even left a tip, bringing the total to $375—something I now regret after seeing the lack of effort. I cannot recommend this cleaning service based on my experience. This is a clean up but definitely not a deep cleaning service

  Good service, efficient and professional service. Left the home sparkling clean from to to broom (which includes the basement) 😀 would definitely recommend.

  The ladies that came to clean my house were very pleasant and very friendly. They did an excellent job of cleaning my house. I would highly recommend Mama Maids.

  I am renovating my house and recently hired Mama Maids to clean the construction site and they did an great job. Patricio was a pleasure to work with - I appreciated his communication and attention to detail. I will definitely be using Mama's Maids again.
