  The first fridge I bought was a half inch too tall, so I had to make an exchange. The salesperson, Sohel, came in to the store the next day, on his day off, to help me find the right fridge for my space. Delivery went smoothly. I recommend Leon’s Danforth store. Excellent service.

  Sales person was a little pushy at first, but ended up being incredibly helpful with my delivery issues, once delivery day came the drivers were not only informative on timing, but the app said would arrive at 12:10, and they arrived at 12:10 ON. THE. DOT. very impressed with everything

  The customer service is a disaster! We ordered a couch in December boxing week they promised delivery in mid February .. it cost us $3000 including assembly then we did not hear anything from them until march , when we called they said it will be may and they suggest we shift to something else! While they already tool the whole $3000 from my flexity card … there was never any communication about our purchase and the delivery … we still thought the hell we really liked that design we can wait till May now they called me today saying it will be june! With no offer for compensation! I couldn’t regret more shopping at this place! Wasted my time and money with no apologies! Do not shop here!

  I've been waiting for a month for something they don't have in stock, and I keep calling them, and they keep saying it's out of stock. You can't find out when it will be back in stock unless you constantly ask. Stay away from this place. My advice is, you'll regret it if you make a mistake. Stay away! It's been over a month and my order isn't complete. When I called to inquire, the sales representative said they'd get back to me in 5 minutes, but it's been two weeks and they haven't contacted me.

  I’m so glad I visited this Leon’s location in person. After browsing online, I had a list of recliners in mind, but trying them out in-store led me to fall in love with a completely different model. Bonus that it was on sale :) I want to give a special shout out to Tarique who answered all my questions and gave me the time and space to properly test each recliner. I recently injured my back, so it was important to make sure nothing triggered my symptoms; having that time made all the difference from uncertainty to being 100% sure I have found the one. I’d also like to thank Paul from the delivery team for his clear communication about arrival time and for treating our home with care—wearing shoe coverings and taking away all the packaging. Thank you to the Leon’s team for such a smooth experience. We’ll definitely be back to purchase another recliner for my husband!
