    I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Brick in Toronto. I purchased a pillow that, within one week, caused significant neck pain and headaches due to my pre-existing medical condition. Despite contacting customer service, the store, and even a supervisor, my request for a return was repeatedly denied with the sole explanation of “policy,” without any consideration for the fact that the product was unsuitable for health reasons. Under Canadian consumer standards, when an item directly causes physical discomfort, sellers are expected to provide reasonable solutions such as a return or exchange. Instead, I received dismissive responses and no accountability. What was most shocking was the unprofessional recommendation I received: “keep this one and buy another one that suits you.” This is not a solution, it is a refusal to acknowledge the customer’s health and legitimate concerns. The Brick’s unwillingness to provide a fair remedy, even when the product negatively affects a customer’s well-being, raises serious questions about their commitment to consumer care and ethical business practice. I am sharing this experience so others with medical conditions can be aware that this company may not accommodate or even meaningfully listen to such concerns.

    I found it very frustrating in completing my Brick order payment. It kept responding that the payment could not be processed although I entered all my details correctly. I engaged Brittany S through the Customer Service Chat. She was fabulous in assisting me until the payment finally was accepted. Thanks Brittany!!
