I had a very frustrating experience with this furniture store. I was given unclear and inaccurate information multiple times, which led to delays and wasted appointments. There did not seem to be good follow-through or attention to detail from the staff(Kevin) I dealt with, and resolving even simple issues took far longer than it should have. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business, as the level of service and competence was well below expectations.

This is one of the worst service I have received ever. Not only did I received my package almost a week later even though they called the day of the delivery that they would delivery it in 72 hours and got thing with these 3 days but when I emailed the company about why my package was late I didn't even get a reply back. I emailed the company 3 times and no one got back to me. I even went to the mississauga to refund my order and they stated that they will call the company to let them no and they still didn't answer. Even the mississauga brick said they would email me and let me know about the process but they didn't. I get that it's a different branch but they're the same company and they should be able to contact each other and be able to communicate. This was very unprofessional of you guys and very rude and uncalled for to just ignore me like that. Never buying from you guys again

My husband and I had a great experience at this location. We couldn't give enough thanks to this lovely lady Samantha. She was really nice and patience with us. We know customer service is not an easy job but we were really satisfied being help with her assistance. Thanks a lot Samantha for your great customer service!

I wanted to give a shout out to Avhimanyu and Natalia because they were such lovely salespeople and really went above and beyond when helping my husband and I find the perfect couch for our tiny space. We're very happy with the couch we ultimately got, as well as the customer service experience thanks to the excellent staff. I was especially impressed with Avhi, who helped us solve some problems with our initial choice (because our house is so tiny!) and came up with a timely and perfect solution. Thanks guys!

During the black Friday week we bought a couch and a chair from this store and the salesperson Manav Sibal told us that it’s available to deliver whenever we want.. we specifically told him that we are moving in December to a new place and we want our delivery around that time he said no problem at all .. we paid in full and started buying other furniture around same style to match our couch and chair.. today on 14th Dec when we went their to check on our delivery status he said its not available and will be delivered in Jan 2026.. when we told him but that was not what you said while purchasing he started shouting at my wife “its not in my hands, Its your fault that you want the couch which is not in stock, you can choose other couch right now and we can deliver “ I mean what the hell is that logic? We had a horrible experience at this store.. please even if this store is closer to your house DONT VISIT. You can get professional people to deal with at other stores but not at this store.
I am formally raising a complaint against this guy and this incident made me not to buy anything from the brick ever again. Dont want to deal with this kinda stupidity in future.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
