    Don't come here to get a key they have the machine but you got to go to the self-service one which charges $ 6.29 for a regular key

    Terrible customer service. I went to this location and picked out a fridge, stove, dishwasher and hood fan for my kitchen. Some of the items were not in stock and the employee in the appliance department, Peter, told me he would call me back when he could either locate the said appliance. All the products were Whirlpool and a NuTone hood fan. He also informed me that I should wait a few weeks because there was a promotion where Rona was coverering the sales tax. He never called back and when I did, 2 weeks later, he didn't remember me even though he took my information down. He was very unenthusiastic and unapologetic about getting back to me and when I asked him if I should just go to another appliance store, Home Depot, he said that he couldn't tell me what to do and if that was my choice, so be it. I can't believe that an employee of a company would not try to talk you out of going to another store instead of trying to secure a $4,000+ sale. When I confronted him about his lackadaisical attitude he became hostile so I hung up. Needless to say, I guess I'm going to home Depot which is a shame because I wanted to buy my products at a Canadian company.

    My husband ordered a window, and was told it would be ready in about 30 days. It’s now almost the end of September and the window still hasn’t arrived. It’s getting colder, and I’m very disappointed. I chose to support Rona instead of the bigger stores, but this delay makes me feel like I made a mistake. And i try to contacted customer service too but no answear. Really big mistake
