    We had an emergency flood, and all stores closed at 9pm. I tried to my luck to rush to RONA and arrived at 9:05. The staff was extremely nice to let me in and quickly grab a sump pump. They kept the cashier open while I tried to find the stuff. The two gentlemen at the plumbing (or appliance) section were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me find the right adapter to connect the sump pump to the garden hose. In a rush I forgot to ask for their names. Many thanks to the team for being super accommodating to help me with this emergency.

    I am happy to say that I have received a resolution to my issue purchasing the Suncast shed. Rona Queensway reached out to me with an email and then I got a phone call from Mary who is the ASM. She offered me the display model shed at an agreeable price and I am happy with the outcome. Thanks again for resolving this issue for me. Much appreciated.

    Unfortunately, I had a very poor customer service experience at Rona Queensway. I initially came in looking at a Suncast shed that I wanted to purchase in September. at that time they were on sale for 15% off. I asked if I could buy the display model that was already built but at a better discount because it was built already and outside and covered in bird poo and was told by NICK that at that time he was unable to discount the display models because there was too many in inventory around the city but to come back in October. I came back in October and was told no and to come back in November. I came back in November and was told once again told no and to come back in December. I just visited the store today and was told that they will not discount the display model even though there are now none available in the city anymore. Very Disappointed as I feel, I have been led to believe that I would get the display model shed at a larger discount and kept on coming back, only to be told at the end that they will not discount the display model. The only positive experience I had was dealing with Tristan, who was very helpful, but unable to offer Me the extra discounts saying that it was up to NICK and he would not do it even though he said that he would.

    I purchased a snow blower from the RONA store in Etobicoke on November 16, 2025, and had an excellent experience. I would especially like to thank Neville for his outstanding assistance. He took the time to explain the differences between the models, answered all my questions, and helped me choose the machine that best suited my needs. His knowledge and patience made the decision process much easier. I am very satisfied with my purchase and highly appreciate the quality of customer service I received.
