  Extremely disappointed and angry for the service I received at the Toronto store. I've been a repeat customer, bought couches, loveseats, beds from them over the years. I am done after this. Ordered a $15,000 dining table in early 2024. It arrived in September, AND missing a table support part. The table’s been wobbly since installation. The store sent a replacement part around Christmas, but it was the WRONG part. I waited for a couple of months, radio silence. I followed up in Spring 2025 and was told someone would "look into it." It's now July 31, 2025. No update. No accountability. NO PART. Besides the sugar coated conversations I had over the phone, I received zero resolution. For the price I paid, this level of service is unacceptable. Loyal customer lost.

  I’m really disappointed in this place. After spending over $15,000 here since the pandemic, I received poor customer service and given excuses for the past year. I had told them over a year ago I wasn’t happy with the base of the floor model lamp I had purchased as it looks foggy and bizarre like it’s permanently covered in dust and fogged up. I’m sure when I had purchased it in the store it wasn’t looking this bad so I’m not sure if they maybe gave me an old rusty base from storage or what. I was promised that they would replace it when I had came into the store last winter and put a large deposit on a new rug. I didn’t want to come across as being greedy so I purchased the rug from them and mentioned if my mirrored floor lamp base could be replaced. I was told the rug would take 7-9 months to complete but in reality it was ready in about 3 months which I found strange. Anyways, I’ve followed up several times regarding this lamp base and always given the same excuse “I will look into it” and be ignored for months on end. I’m tired of following up and decided to just let it go. I also had a small incident where I had gone into the store to pick up another table lamp that I had already fully paid for and the sales person I deal with was acting like I had to pay the balance first before picking it up when it was already paid for weeks in advance. I don’t know if this was intentional to try to get me to pay twice or an honest miscommunication but it left a bad taste in my mouth. I will never step foot into this place again. It’s always empty and not sure how they exactly survive. I’m sure this location will be permanently closed within a few years as no one is stupid enough to pay those ridiculous prices and given poor customer service! It’s a shame because their products are unique and I mostly enjoy walking around the store more than anything but after owning some of their furniture it definitely doesn’t justify those prices. I’m actually not impressed with my rug at all and regret paying $6900 for it! I’d be lucky to get $500 for it if I decide to resell it!
