- SLSheryl LongJul 31, 20251.0Extremely disappointed and angry for the service I received at the Toronto store. I've been a repeat customer, bought couches, loveseats, beds from them over the years. I am done after this. Ordered a $15,000 dining table in early 2024. It arrived in September, AND missing a table support part. The table’s been wobbly since installation. The store sent a replacement part around Christmas, but it was the WRONG part. I waited for a couple of months, radio silence. I followed up in Spring 2025 and was told someone would "look into it." It's now July 31, 2025. No update. No accountability. NO PART. Besides the sugar coated conversations I had over the phone, I received zero resolution. For the price I paid, this level of service is unacceptable. Loyal customer lost.
