    I am very disappointed with the service. Yesterday, I made 3 copies of a small house key, and none of them work. Not even one. I honestly don’t understand how a machine can have this much error for such a simple key. These are small, basic house keys — this should not be complicated. It feels like there was no proper checking or attention given during the process. It was a complete waste of my time to go there, wait, pay, and then come back home only to find out that all three copies are useless. Now I have to go back again and spend even more time fixing this mistake. Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service unless they improve their quality control
