Turns out a number of these kiosks are in Walmart, Home Depot, etc. Getting the key cut was easy, with different options / colors (in addition to the usual brass key), including a lite key in dark blue or pink. Price reasonable, took 5 minutes, and the new cut keys work perfectly, thank you!

So easy process for getting keys cut but if you have a problem you're on your own! I won't use Minute Key again!
