  Outstanding Service from Rafi at Leon’s Danforth! I had an excellent experience shopping at Leon’s, thanks to Rafi! He was knowledgeable and incredibly helpful without being pushy. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided great recommendations that fit my style. Rafi ensured everything was in order, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchases. Highly recommend asking for Rafi if you’re visiting Leon’s. He truly made all the difference!

  My recent experience at Leon's Furniture on Danforth was truly outstanding, and I felt it deserved a detailed review. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted warmly and felt comfortable browsing at my own pace. The showroom was spacious, clean, and well-organized, which made it easy to compare different furniture styles and find exactly what I needed. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service, especially from Sohel Bhai or you can call him Mr. Sohel. His level of cooperation, patience, and genuine support made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, guided me through different options, and offered helpful recommendations without any pressure. His product knowledge was impressive, and he explained every detail clearly from materials and durability to warranties and delivery timelines. I truly appreciated how he made sure I was comfortable with my choices and answered all my questions with a friendly attitude. It’s rare these days to find someone who goes above and beyond just to make sure customers leave satisfied, but Sohel Bhai definitely did. Thanks to his guidance, I found exactly what I wanted at a great price. Overall, Leon’s Danforth offers excellent quality furniture, competitive pricing, and exceptional customer service.   Outstanding Experience at Leon’s Furniture Danforth Outlet! We recently furnished much of our home through Leon’s Furniture Danforth location, and our experience couldn’t have been better. Our salesperson, Rafi, was absolutely outstanding! He helped us choose a sofa, tea table, counter chairs, bed, mattress, and several home accessories, carefully listening to our needs and turning them into beautiful, practical solutions. Rafi truly stands out for his expertise and customer care. He has an incredible ability to understand space, comfort, and style and his guidance on choosing the right mattress and bed setup was spot-on. You can tell he’s a mattress expert, explaining all the technical details in simple terms to help us make the perfect choice. Every item we purchased looks great, feels premium, and fits our home perfectly. The entire experience from selection to purchase was smooth, transparent, and enjoyable, thanks to Rafi’s professionalism and friendly attitude. If you’re shopping for furniture or a new mattress, ask for Rafi at Leon’s Danforth, he’ll make sure you walk out with the right products and a big smile. Highly recommended!

  Honestly, If I have a option then I will rate them a zero rating. I would like to share my recent experience at this store. We were told by Sanjay that the sofa we were interested in was being offered at a discount because it was an extra order. Based on that information, we decided to book it. However, when we visited the store again to make the final payment, we inspected the sofa more carefully and noticed that one of the seats had a motor issue. This issue was not disclosed to us at any point, and it appeared that the Sanjay was already aware of it. When we brought this to his attention, neither Sanjay nor the manager Daniel offered any apology or acknowledgment of the situation. We felt misled and disappointed, especially considering the amount of trust and money involved in such a purchase. Sanjay has poor customer service skills and even the manager, they don’t know how to treat customers. I am sharing this so that others can be aware and ensure they thoroughly inspect items and double-check details before finalizing their purchase. Transparency and honesty are very important in customer service which individuals like Sanjay don’t know. ZERO RECOMMENDATION, BEWARE OF SANJAY - THE SCAMMER !

  Glad to see people got their couches we have been waiting over three weeks.We got rid of our main couch because we thought it was coming last weekend.We still haven't had any updates as to when it's coming.I am extremely disappointed even though daniel tried to reassure us.If you're looking for a couch and you need it, you're not going to get it right away.You'll be waiting for a while. I hate to post bad reviews, but i'm extremely disappointed. Just after this experience of waiting and getting different answers all the time I will never get anything for my home from leons , it was terrible experience with all this waiting , I m sure my comment will not ruin the business , but I just want you to know my experience and I have ordered a lot of stuff over my years and I've never really had any problems in the past ordering furniture and appliances .. I just called the leons store again this is saturday and they just told me another week again ! I chopped up my main coach last weekend because they said it was going to be here the other piece Nove 1st or 2nd and I just got off the phone and they told me another week again .. I've never ever dealt with something like this ..
