  We came in looking for a sofa during the holidays. They had a lot of styles to choose from and Fahad was really nice in taking the time to explain all the details to us on New Year's Eve - right before they were about to close, so I appreciated that. He was patient and understanding of our situation. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this store.

  Someone who purchased a brand new living room asked that I leave this review. The person was away, could not be there to receive the shipment, and I was housesitting. Right after the delivery guys left, I sat on one of the sofas and felt an itch. I later sat on the other chair and felt an itch, but since they were new items, I thought perhaps it was my skin acting up. 3 days later, in the morning, I sat on the sofa I originally sat on and felt the itch again. When the person arrived, I said "I think your new sofa has bedbugs but it can't be that cause they're new, so maybe it's my skin itching at random." 3 weeks later, the person's house was infested, bed bugs everywhere. Check your items from there and if you feel an itch, it can certainly be bedbugs, although it's new. Thanks Yes the issue was addressed and nothing was done. As mentioned, it was not my purchase - I noticed the issue first I was babysitting for the buyer who had to leave town last minute on the delivery day.

  Surprising large selection and friendly staff On The Danforth and close to the beaches. I’m used to getting completely harassed in these places, but all three times I’ve been here It’s been a good balance of giving me space and helping out. Thanks Rafi and Francis for the great service! Got a killer deal on floor model dishwasher and induction stove! Also came in for some duvet covers and pillows. Every time I’ve been in, they have given me freebies and no charge delivery for the stove.

  I had an excellent experience shopping for a sofa at the Danforth store during Black Friday sale. I had read reviews about Rafi and went asking for him by name. And I am glad I did. Rafi was incredibly efficient, a great listener, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for—no pressure, just thoughtful guidance and expertise. When there was an unexpected delay with delivery, he went above and beyond to make sure I received the sofa as early as possible, keeping me informed and advocating on my behalf. That level of care and follow-through made all the difference. Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommend! Thank you Rafi! I love my sofa!

  We bought some furniture recently from Leon's, Danforth Avenue and had a wonderful experience. Juliet from the very beginning guided and helped us to find the right piece of furniture. Her valuable insight made the process easier and we could confidently confirm our choices with complete peace of mind. The way she supported us was amazing.
