    Last week, when I purchased appliances from the Richmond Hill branch, Ishika asked me to leave a 5-star review, and I did. Unfortunately, my experience today was completely different. They sent me the wrong size appliance, and when I returned to have their mistake corrected, Ishika, customer service, and the manager all refused to help and simply said it was a final sale. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable customer service. A business should stand behind its own errors instead of pushing the problem onto the customer. I was planning to come back and buy more items for my basement, but after this experience, I have completely lost trust. I would not recommend this place.

    We had a great experience at Leon’s Furniture. Jung was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. There was absolutely no pressure, just honest and professional service. The delivery crew was also fantastic — they were on time, respectful, and handled our furniture with care. They made sure everything was placed properly and cleaned up before leaving. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. Highly recommend Jung and the team at Leon’s!

    Pathetic . The sales rep kept hovering when I told her to leave us alone, lied TWICE at the sale, and the customer service is the worst I've ever seen. Wanted to buy a mattress and boxspring. Sales rep suggested a mattress protector - told me and my wife "it's 50 bucks". After I see on the bill, $149. I go back to confront them and she flat out lies, claiming she never said that. None the less, I demanded that money back and got the refund. Then the box. I asked for a boxspring and got an empty frame - no springs. Not what I wanted. For a WEEK NOW, it's back and forth with customer service about returning it. "Oh, it has springs," - no it doesn't. They sent the wrong one. "We know it's SKU# XXXXXX" - no, it's not. "send us a picture" - pictures sent of the tags, the SKU (which is different) and the box itself. "We can't tell if its the right one, send us more pictures". All I get are excuses from these fools who, I suspect are trying to frustrate me in the hopes I'll give up and keep the damn thing. Not a chance. Stay away from Leons. It's not like it was 20 years ago. They absolutely suck now.

    The prices at Leon’s were amazing and budget friendly. The salesperson Jassi/Jessi provided great service, advice, and helped me pick out the accessories for my new mattress. I’m impressed that you charge almost $16 to haul out my old mattress, Sleep Country quoted me almost $100. So that was a bonus for me. The drivers were quick, prompt, and courteous really appreciated their help in delivering my stuff. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer and recommend Leon’s to friends and family.

    Extremely disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of the furniture. We purchased an $800 wooden coffee table less than two years ago, and it has already broken..clearly a reflection of very poor craftsmanship and cheap materials being sold at premium prices. What makes this even more frustrating is that when we bought the table, the saleswoman specifically told us an extended warranty “wasn’t always necessary,” implying the furniture should last without issue. Now that the table has fallen apart, the store is refusing to take any responsibility because we didn’t purchase that warranty. For a company charging these kinds of prices, you would expect quality products and some level of accountability. Instead, we were met with dismissive customer service and zero willingness to help or even offer a reasonable solution. If the damage had been caused by us, we wouldn’t have bothered contacting the store. The fact that it cracked on its own in under two years clearly points to a quality issue.. that simply isn’t acceptable for a coffee table at this price point. Overpriced, poor-quality furniture and even worse after-sales support. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from here..save your money and shop somewhere that stands behind their products and values their customers.
