  Leon's is the biggest scammer ever. My mom purchased a dining table paid $900 for it via Mastercard. On the way out of the store, she saw 3 items on sale for $25 each. She paid them cash came up to $84. The cashier then deduction the $84 from the $900 on the credit for the table. Pocket the cash most likely. It was about 3 months now, my mom is still waiting for the dining table to deliver until we came to the store to see what's going on. They said that they did not deliver the item because there was a outstanding balance of $84 from the 3 items my mom purchased using cash. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. DONT GET SCAM. STAY AWAY. SKETCHY EMPLOYEES.

  I purchased a sofa on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. They told me they couldn't deliver it that day, which I had taken off. I explained that I work all day Monday through Friday, and they said it could be delivered on Saturday, November 15th, which I agreed to. I was expecting a delivery today between 9:30 AM and 1:45 PM. However, I received a call at 1:08 PM stating that it couldn't be delivered because the truck broke down and they were fully booked for Sunday. I was told I would have to wait until next week, either Tuesday or Wednesday. Customer support was horrible; they transferred me to nowhere because the call got disconnected. They clearly don't care about their customers. The only reason I haven't canceled this purchase is because I genuinely don't have the time to visit stores and look at sofas, and I disposed of my old sofa last Friday, November 15th, after work. This is the second time this has happened to me; about six years ago, I also experienced a late delivery. At that time, I thought, "It's okay, things happen," and I didn't post about it. But this is my second purchase, and it's even worse this time. It's not a coincidence; it's a pattern. I will NEVER EVER buy here again. I got the couch on Tuesday, Nov 18, 2025. All was going well until I told them not to break it because they were hitting it against one of the entrance doors. I asked the guy if he wanted me to open both doors and he said one was okay. After that, their attitude changed. After he placed it in my living room, I asked them if they were going to assemble it because I was told they would, and they said, "You just have to connect the backrest. Sign here, and that's it." As I said before, BAD SERVICE.

  I had made the mistake of making this purchase from Best Buy 3 weeks ago. My customer experience was so bad with Best Buy, from horrible call center experience to having to go in store twice, to missing my delivery and not proactively contacting me. So I cancelled my order and went to Leon’s where I knew I would get brilliant customer service (while kicking myself for not going to them in the first place). The customer experience was exemplary and I did everything online, never had to go in store. The emails that automatically came to me after the order were excellent and clear. They called to confirm delivery. The driver calls half an hour out. They brought the 86” TV where I wanted it and they have to take it out of the box and plug it make sure it works before you sign, while Best Buy wanted an extra $50 to deliver it to the room of your choice and take it out of the box. The delivery men were polite, quick, clean and efficient. Oh I forgot, while the tv was the same price the mounting service and bracket were cheaper, so I also saved $150!!! Amazing service and I will never go anywhere else again!!!!!!

  I ordered a mattress from this location first, I was told it’s gonna be the beginning of the month and I was told it’s gonna be the middle of the month and now today I was supposed to the end of the month when I asked to cancel the order a refund my money. The lady on the phone has so much attitude and rude. Horrible customer service and now I have to try to get my refund. I have Shopped at Leon many times I have never had this issues before. I don’t know what’s going on, but I’ll never be shopping there again or tell me any of my family to ever shop here again

  It was my first time ordering furniture online instead of in-person and I would like to say I had a wonderful experience. Ordered the couch on a Thursday and received it the following Saturday. The delivery staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. It was especially delightful that they took the time to acknowledge my cats, which was a very thoughtful gesture. I truly appreciate their exceptional service and would highly recommend them to anyone. You can be sure I'll be returning soon!
