Michael was very pleasant to talk to. He stopped by for a visit and confirmed that it was an ongoing issue. Within two days after calling, Michael booked us in and performed the treatment as we had discussed. He also gave us some really good tips on how to make sure this doesn't happen again. Michael's baiting system is cheap and effective, and can be DIY'ed. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work that Michael did, as well as providing advice. He is responsive and answers the phone when I call. Every homebuyer in the GTA should get a pest inspection done by Michael, way better and informative than the typical home inspections people are used to!
