  Scam. Do not buy from here. We purchased roller blinds from Blinds to Go from one of their in home sales associates Fred. Fred was nice enough and assured us regarding the quality of their products and that they are covered by a “lifetime warranty” so we will have piece of mind. However, once installed the issues started immediately. The blinds did not roll properly, often got jammed and the strings would spontaneously snap. It has been just over 6 months and we have had to have the blinds repaired 3 times. Finally, our infant so son’s blackout blinds got stuck open disrupting his sleep. When we called Frank he admitted this falls under warranty but that we would need to start paying for repairs, which is not mentioned anywhere. Imagine, Blinds to Go will sell you a lemon and charge you for a lifetime to repair it. This is cynical conduct and I would warn anyone not to buy their products lest you get stuck in this trap as well. We may need to purchase new blinds from a more honest and reputable dealer to replace ones that keep breaking down.

  I spent upward of $2,000 on blinds from blinds to go. The people who worked for the company were nice, but the product is really bad. I’ve had to contact blinds to go on 3 separate occasions to repair my blinds since I purchased the blinds 6 months ago. Each service appointment is always booked out weeks sometimes longer from the initial request. Currently one of the blinds in my toddlers room will not go down and it is impacting his sleep. I contacted the individual I purchased the blinds from, and he basically told me to get lost and book my own service appointment even though he works for the company and could easily schedule this appointment during his working hours. I have a job and many other obligations, it is stressful having to constantly schedule service appointments and organize repair for a new, and expensive product I just purchased is really disappointing. If the repair people don’t come right away to fix my son’s bind, his sleep will continue to be impacted. This is just such a disappointment and I will never purchase blinds from blinds to go ever again.

  Great experience at Blinds To Go – Davenport location in Toronto. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and helped me choose the perfect blinds for my space without any pressure. The ordering process was smooth, and everything arrived on time as promised. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality and solid customer service.
