Scam. Do not buy from here. We purchased roller blinds from Blinds to Go from one of their in home sales associates Fred. Fred was nice enough and assured us regarding the quality of their products and that they are covered by a “lifetime warranty” so we will have piece of mind. However, once installed the issues started immediately. The blinds did not roll properly, often got jammed and the strings would spontaneously snap. It has been just over 6 months and we have had to have the blinds repaired 3 times. Finally, our infant so son’s blackout blinds got stuck open disrupting his sleep. When we called Frank he admitted this falls under warranty but that we would need to start paying for repairs, which is not mentioned anywhere. Imagine, Blinds to Go will sell you a lemon and charge you for a lifetime to repair it. This is cynical conduct and I would warn anyone not to buy their products lest you get stuck in this trap as well. We may need to purchase new blinds from a more honest and reputable dealer to replace ones that keep breaking down.

I purchased a number of blinds from blinds to go in April. They were installed in the summer. The sales person, Fred, assured me the product was of excellent quality and would be under warranty. As will be discussed in greater detail below, this was not true. Since the installation the blinds have broken 3 times. Most recently, the blind in my toddlers room broke. He has been unable to sleep. I contacted Fred for help. He blew me off and told me to contact the King location. I just called them today and I was advised that I am going to have to pay to have someone come out to fix the blind. These blinds are brand new. They don't function, and I have to pay money to have them fix a product I purchased 8 months ago. My son will not be able to sleep until this is fixed. I am so disappointed by the product and the service. Pay more and just go with another company. This product is not worth it, especially if you or your family need black out blinds to sleep at night. Fred omitted key information concerning the warranty provisions of the blinds. Fred misrepresented the quality of the blinds.

Deceptive Sales Practices - Stressful Experience We were ready to purchase 2 sets of blackout curtains for which I initially placed a 50% deposit. We separately wanted to consider a quote for motorized blinds. My husband repeatedly asked Sara, the sales consultant, to provide a separate quote for the motorized blinds portion. She wanted to lump everything together because it would be "easier". She asked me to initial some documents to confirm specifications for the quote (it seemed odd). We were told the payment was "non-binding until final measurements and authorization." She refused to split the quote and lumped everything as a purchase order (I only discovered this when I got home to look at the details), and then noticed that over $8K of motorized blinds had been added to our order without authorization. When we raised concerns in an email with Rina to have the unauthorized charges removed, she tried to insinuate that I already made the purchase because I initialed a document (the supposed quote). Because these are custom drapes (and nothing was measured or manufactured), they cannot force you to make a purchase. It took a formal complaint, canceling measurements, and threatening a credit card dispute to get our $2,100 deposit refunded - only after days of stress over our holiday weekend. No apology. No accountability. They were so busy trying to force us into a sale, that they ended up losing every sale. The entire experience was nothing short of disgusting. We were treated like an ATM, not valued customers. Know your rights. Do not let them tell you that you need to sign something to get a "quote"; it's just slimy sales pressure tactics. Read carefully before signing anything. Don't be afraid to use credit card chargebacks. --- EDIT -- I don't ever need your help. Your pretense of not knowing who I am, and the performative "we want to help" is just gross.

Great experience from start to finish. Everything was handled in a professional and timely manner. At the store, Sarah walked me through all my options and helped me choose options that best fit my needs and budget. The measuring and installation process went without a hitch—the installer was on time, thorough, and made sure everything met our standards before leaving. A really lovely experience all around, and I truly felt I got great value for my money.

It's been a journey since we spotted a deal on blinds, but a look at the pictures, and you'll see why we hung in there. A factory delay meant it was a late installation, but the staff with Blinds to Go were professional throughout keeping us informed (salespeople, estimator, installer) and can celebrate the success that carried over to the new year.
