Thank You Dima! the moment I first stepped into **Blinds2go Castlefield**, I was genuinely impressed. I hadn’t even realized they had a showroom, and it is beautifully laid out — all products clearly visible, offering a wonderful mini tour of what’s possible for window treatments.
I brought a client there after discovering our original destination at the Stockyards had just closed, and we were immediately accommodated with an appointment. Dima, the designer who assisted us, walked us through the options with professionalism, patience, and expertise. She was attentive to my client’s needs, offering thoughtful guidance without ever being pushy.
There were moments during the selection process that required additional research or follow-up, and Dima handled everything with ease and grace, presenting different possibilities even when some options were ultimately not chosen. Her focus was clearly on ensuring the client received the right product — not simply making a sale.
From start to finish, the experience demonstrated consistent professionalism and genuine care. The installation team was equally excellent — professional, accommodating, and flexible when scheduling adjustments were needed on our end.
The final result was beautiful. One installation was for a bedroom window and the other for a wall-to-wall treatment in an open-concept living space, and my client was absolutely delighted with the outcome.
As a design professional working on behalf of my client, I truly appreciated the seamless service from showroom experience to final installation. Highly recommend.
Scam. Do not buy from here. We purchased roller blinds from Blinds to Go from one of their in home sales associates Fred. Fred was nice enough and assured us regarding the quality of their products and that they are covered by a “lifetime warranty” so we will have piece of mind. However, once installed the issues started immediately. The blinds did not roll properly, often got jammed and the strings would spontaneously snap. It has been just over 6 months and we have had to have the blinds repaired 3 times. Finally, our infant so son’s blackout blinds got stuck open disrupting his sleep. When we called Frank he admitted this falls under warranty but that we would need to start paying for repairs, which is not mentioned anywhere. Imagine, Blinds to Go will sell you a lemon and charge you for a lifetime to repair it. This is cynical conduct and I would warn anyone not to buy their products lest you get stuck in this trap as well. We may need to purchase new blinds from a more honest and reputable dealer to replace ones that keep breaking down.
Had a great experience with these guys . Sande was very helpful thoughtful and took her time explaining all the differences in the blinds . Listened to what I was looking for and keeping in the budget I was in . Will definitely be back when needing more window coverings.

I was so pleased with the outstanding customer service I experienced shopping at the Blinds to Go Castlefield Store #067, that I wanted to take the time to write a review. I met with Sandy A, the Interim Sales Manager. Sandy was helpful, friendly and patient, putting me at ease right away. She spent a long time with me answering questions, listening carefully and helping me clarify my needs. My husband and I have different light filtering needs, so she was understanding and offered excellent suggestions to help us find a happy middle ground. She was knowledgable, thorough and gave me all the time I needed. I highly recommend meeting with Sandy A at the beautiful, Castlefield Store. She will make sure that your experience in store is memorable and enjoyable. She will then follow-up with any price quotes you've requested and provide support if you wish until you're completely satisfied.
