  Alex and Gael are incredible! We had them come and remove an ice dam during the massive snowfall this year. They were super easy / smooth to deal with and very professional. Not only did they remove the ice dam, they also cleared the roof of snow and cleared all the ice and debris from the gutters, not an easy task in the sub zero temperatures and not something other groups were able to do. They also installed a de-icing cable. They answered all our questions and overall did a fantastic job - would HIGHLY recommend them for any roofing related work and they'll be our first call in the future

  I highly recommend Alex and his team / company -- friendly attitude, great customer service, great job! When (ice-climbing grade) icicles formed on the side of the house and water started coming into the kitchen, I found a few companies online -- Alex was the first one to call back (within an hour) and came pretty quickly to the rescue to removed all the snow (after the 60cm record-breaking snowfall) and ice from the roof to prevent any future formation of dangerous icicles. Subsequently he also cleared the alleyway from all the fallen snow / ice. Alex was very responsive and it was pretty obvious he was very interested in getting our business and getting the job done well and on a timely basis. Thank you, Alex!

  Not only were Gael and his team professional and very easy to work with but they will show prioritized my project due to the urgency. They went above and beyond what they had said they were going to do and yet honored the original quote. Something in my opinion which is harder and harder to find, especially within this industry. This is the kind of company that once you've worked with them once you always go back to them. Highly recommend.
