I received an invoice after my first month with insurance charges on it . When I inquired was told that I needed to provide documents showing existing insurance coverage . This was not clearly communicated when I signed up. This is entrapment. My things are in storage and now they know it’s a hassle for me to move it. They’ll make sure you pay their overpriced insurance premiums.
