Prabdeep is the worst one and mahbel. Both cant even do theyre job right. Not to mention the unit they gave us is not actually 5' x 10' which we paid for. Dont get me wrong the facility is really good but the people who runs it ruins this location.

I had initially left them a 5-star rating. lazy staff. don't want to help customers. some of the reps are good. others very lazy. watching tv series on the computer loud enough for customers to hear. Poor email communication, lack of courtesy and do not read emails properly. Considering reporting them to the regional manager... Unfortunate how a simple employee can ruin a company's reputation.
