    I wish I could give way more than 5 stars! My experience with Access Storage has been amazing! The facility is so clean you can practically eat off the floors. They provide dollies for moving in/out as well as huge elevators which is very convenient. Everything is top notch, but the absolute best part is the service/staff! They are beyond kind, and helpful. They are genuine, honest and truly do everything they can to ensure you get the best value for your needs/budget. I was in crisis and the manager/owner was so amazingly helpful and kind that I was legitimately checking for angel wings! I didn't see any, but I'm still not convinced he isn't an angel. It's so rare to find people in customer service that actually care. So when you do find them, it's deeply appreciated and valued. Thank you all so much!

    Best people for providing storage services near US Consulate, Toronto. Also, you can get US visa passport photos from them. The best part is that there charges are not so much. Their location is also best , just next to the Tim Hortons. 1 min walk from US Consulate. 😇😇

    Quick to answer my initial inquiry, very detailed explanations and good response to further questions. I like the temperature controlled interior where you can drive in and park to load/unload, especially in the winter!

    I visited the location twice - once for a tour and then to sign up for a locker. Both times the staff were fantastic, friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is bright and very clean.
