  I am not reviewing the actual blinds as I did not move forward, but my experience with the consult was excellent. I got 5 quotes and theirs was by far the best, they have very good pricing and value including for motorized blinds (many other vendors quoted double). I ultimately went with someone else are there was a niche upgrade I wanted that they didn’t offer (solar panels), however that aside I was very happy with the experience and quote. Fred did a great consult as well, he was thorough, explained everything, walked through several choices and the pros and cons, advised on the best color/design, understood my goals and worked towards them. I can definitely recommend him and would consider working with them again next time I need blinds!

  We had a fantastic experience with Blinds to go. Our home has nothing but these custom blinds. One of the blinds (the string had broken) it was a simple email to customer service with our receipt from 10+ years ago and they provided the steps to have the blind replaced. Upon arrival at the Blinds to Go store (Toronto - Davenport - they have FREE parking), I was greeted by Naz. She immediately understood my problem, took my information and advised that the blind would need to be sent in for repairs. She provided me a disposable, paper curtain that I could use in the mean time which I did not expect. Once the blind arrived, Naz provided us with a phone call that the cellular shade had arrived. All our interactions with Naz were smooth, fast and courteous. We also needed a blind clip for another shade and Naz was determined to find the replacement for us. The blind clips work. I would strongly recommend Blinds to Go as they have great customer service and they stand behind their products!
