  I had the pleasure of working with Sara Sanderson a few weeks back. I needed a roller shade for my powder room. She took the time to show me all the options and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. A total 5 star experience. After I installed the shade, I ran into a little issue and she called me right away to resolve it. I will definitely be back to purchase additional shades for my home.

  We bought kitchen blinds in 2018 and used them pretty much daily. After 8 years, one of the mechanisms broke such that the blinds wouldn’t stay up. We brought them back to the store on King Street East in Toronto and the repaired it with no hassle. back within a week. They even replaced the broken wand that opens and closes the shutters. Very pleased that the “lifetime “ warranty was the real deal. Recommended.
