  From beginning to end, this was a great experience. Hisika that was very helpful as we made our choices. She adapted to our changing needs and made the process seamless. Once the measurements were taken, the blinds were installed 2 to 3 weeks later. The person who came to do the measurements was courteous and efficient. The installers were marvellous. They showed up on time, were friendly and competent. Not a spot for us to clean up after they left. We were very impressed.

  We had an excellent experience with Sande Jordan. She was incredibly kind and made the whole process of ordering our blinds easy. They arrived quickly and look amazing!

  Excellent customer service received by Hisika at the Castlefield location. My husband and I visited the store to replace some parts on blinds that we purchased years ago. We were impressed not only by Hisika’s product knowledge but also by her courteous manner. Look forward to visiting this showroom again.

  Went into Blinds to Go off Caledonia in Toronto, looking for a hard-to-find accessory for 30-year old blinds (which are still in great shape - thanks B2G.) Thanks to the very kind and helpful Gabrielle and Sandy, I left with just what I needed. Blinds to Go was a pleasure to deal with 30 years ago. Still are.

  re rated to 5 star as show room manager Sandy reached out promptly and we were able to resolve and from her professionlism and hospitality, I believe what happend to me definately did not represents blinds to go's value and not something they like their customer to have either. Thanks again for fixing the issue Sandy! op below: great customer service till you swipe the card and thats it. WARNING: make sure what ever spec you spoke about to generate the order is written on the paper cuz they do NOT admit that afterward. we made sure theres only 21 carriers for the headrail I ordered and the lady actually spent quite sometime to look into and confirmed to me before the order. however when the order came in with 23 carriers, she started to say she never promised anything and their solution is to either make the track shorter( where my window wont be fully covered) or upsale me on the vanes and does not have my matching colour, and some of the sample they showing is also discontinued after you select it. now I have a headrail that I will have to throw in garbage. WASTE OF MONEY, TIME AND ENERGY!!!!!!
