    WORST SERVICE EVER. NEVER AGAIN! We Bought a 65" TV at 5pm on Boxing day. It was a Christmas gift for my parents. One hour later while opening the box we found the TV to be broken inside. The box and foam was not damaged but we noticed the bottom of the box had previously been opened. We returned the TV the very next day. They first said It would be no problem and ordered us a new TV saying it would arrive the coming Friday. It did not. For WEEKS on end they would give us the run around. Saying we were not yet approved for a return/exchange, the person dealing with returns was out sick, promising someone would call us back but never did. Over and Over and Over again. Fast forward to FEBRUARY, and still no TV. So Today was the day. Feb 12th. Our TV was in. My husband goes to pick it up, its the wrong one. wrong size. its a 55inch. now they have a 100$ balance in store credit which they will keep since I will NEVER EVER EVER return to this location. What a friggen nightmare. No one being apologetic or taking any accountability. Treating us as as if they were doing us some kind of favor for even doing the exchange. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I felt compelled to warn others.

    Was 1st one their boxing day, & making plans with my sales lady Donna 2 purchase a chair. Coffee was terrible but I was willing to overlook that… After I left for almost an hour & came back after entering the store a salesman approached me & said you cant keep doing this.. I asked him what & he said coming in & out… I said whats the problem with leaving & coming back & he said well you’re not buying anything…. i asked if he was just asking me or if the owner asked him & he said the owner… I kept my money n my pocket & left…. i love my new recliners however due to rude salesman & owner I will never shop there again…. So rude, I had to find a way to do a dirtbag review as they deserve. Thanks …michael howie .

    I purchased a mattress and box spring from The Brick, and within just three months the box spring started squeaking like it was decades old. Filing a warranty claim was a frustrating process that felt like jumping through hoops. I eventually received a replacement, but incredibly, the new box spring started squeaking again after only three months just from sitting on the bed. The quality of these products has gone downhill, and it’s extremely disappointing. I tossing them in the dump as I can’t be bothered with another warranty claim nor will I ever deal with the brick again. Office staff are extremely rude and not helpful. Jamie was our salesman and he was great but everyone else I encountered (manager and a girl I won’t mention) were terrible.

    Awful customer service employee and manager. Condescending and rude. Fantastic delivery drivers. They were polite and communicative.
