    I purchased a mattress and box spring from The Brick, and within just three months the box spring started squeaking like it was decades old. Filing a warranty claim was a frustrating process that felt like jumping through hoops. I eventually received a replacement, but incredibly, the new box spring started squeaking again after only three months just from sitting on the bed. The quality of these products has gone downhill, and it’s extremely disappointing. I tossing them in the dump as I can’t be bothered with another warranty claim nor will I ever deal with the brick again. Office staff are extremely rude and not helpful. Jamie was our salesman and he was great but everyone else I encountered (manager and a girl I won’t mention) were terrible.
