This company has really gone downhill in the past 5-10 yrs, I’ve never had a problem till I started dealing with TBay Leon’s, and quality has taken a hit also, like most big box stores!

Chair was unwrapped, set up and confirmed in working order by one of the delivery guys and they took away all of the "garbage"!
