  The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced been waiting for a delivery since 4 o’clock today contacted the store three Times to see when delivery would arrive. I even got a call from the delivery driver telling me that they would be here between eight and 815. I called the store at 8:45 and was told oh I just contacted the driver. He will be there in 15 minutes. No one showed up it’s now 930 please people do not buy anything from this store pathetic all lies.

  Our delivery team was phenomenal, patient and resourceful. They were respectful at all times. They made a difficult delivery more pleasant.

  Delivery drivers very polite and item came earlier than expected. Tidied up extremely well. Made sure item was working properly before leaving.

  We were extremely happy to have Minh as our salesman. He went out of his way to help us and we are so grateful! We love the chairs and I’m sure we will spend many nights in our cozy livingroom enjoying a good movie! The delivery was on time and they even put the chairs together and took the packaging with them. 10/10!!!

  ⚠️ Dont be fooled by Leon’s sales ads ⚠️ I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Leon’s Furniture and will not be returning as a customer. I ordered a complete bedroom set for my son and was assured by the sales representative that the bed frame would be delivered and fully set up by the delivery team. However, when the drivers arrived, they were hesitant and made excuses about being behind schedule and needing to do dump runs. They refused to set up the bed frame, claiming they didn’t have time and wouldn’t take the garbage if they assembled it. This left us no choice but to set it up ourselves. Within an hour of assembly, we realized the bed frame was missing the massage feature we wanted. I immediately called Leon’s to request an upgrade to the correct frame with the massage function. I was told by your staff that there is absolutely no return or exchange policy once an order is accepted – even for an upgrade where I would be spending more money. This policy is incredibly rigid and unreasonable. I wasn’t asking for a refund; I simply wanted to exchange the frame for a better model and pay the difference. When I asked to speak with a manager, I received the same response. The policy seems designed solely to protect Leon’s interests with no consideration for customer satisfaction or reasonable accommodation. This isn’t my first experience with Leon’s, and the customer service has been mediocre at best every time. This situation was the final straw. As a result, I have cancelled the rest of my order for the bedroom dressers and will be taking my business to a local retailer with more reasonable exchange policies and better customer service. Leon’s needs to reconsider how it treats loyal customers if it wants to retain business in a competitive market.
