So I had to use the bags off the new ones in order to have the items taken. But other than that it was great quality items, and the delivery persons were great with the inconvenience

Now we are here to get it right, but sales Manager, Arun, and the General Manager, Cameron, were very rude in termss of providing a comfortable conversation environment. But No... Specially Cameron was talking like we did this intentionally. I would NOT recommend this staff to deal with as they were not professional enough. The sales person, Iona was dealing this issue nicely. But the Sales manager Arun and the General manager Cameron were just straight rude.
