- RRRemusMar 20, 20261.0My experience with Aarons in Thunder Bay has been a complete nightmare. Their employee turnover is extremely high. Their contracts are worse than dealing with a loan shark. They never can give a straight answer about how much is owed or when the contract is complete. They bait and switch on what they say verses what they have somehow legally bound you to. I know that when pinch comes to shove it seems easier to get what you need now and just pay later; especially when your credit isn’t that great. However, paying three times the amount you would have paid if you just waited, is robbery. If you buy something that is $1000, over a 24 month plan you are paying closer to $3500. That’s two years of paying over $300 every month. Trust me when I say that you should save up, wait, and go somewhere else. It will be cheaper and worth the wait. I wish I had been given this insight 3 years ago; when I signed into my never ending contract. I’m now out over $18,000. I purchased two beds and a dresser in July 2023 and I am still paying for them in 2026. This has left me feeling helpless and hopeless. I write this review because I don’t want others to be left feeling this way. I’m hoping YOU won’t be their next VICTIM!

- BAB AchJan 31, 20221.0Be careful when getting items from these guys, they've sold me damaged broken pieces, and they also tried to demand money at my door or they'll take my stuff saying I agreed to a promotion when I didn't agree to anything of the sort, just make sure to inspect each piece before buying from them, my mirror was damaged and my bed set was very damaged, I still kept them because it was so expensive.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
