After comparing prices and locations, I decided to rent a unit from this company because it was affordable and conveniently located. I had never rented a storage unit before and didn’t know anything about sizes or how it worked. When I nervously approached the front desk, Towkir welcomed me with a wonderful smile and said, “Let me show you the available units!” He kindly took me to see a couple of them, and one of them seemed just right, so I decided to go with that one. He explained the contract details and pricing very clearly, and even though English is not my first language, I was able to understand everything easily. At the end, he even went outside with me to show how to unlock the gate and how to get to my unit. I haven’t started using it yet, but thanks to his kind and professional assistance, I already feel very happy with my decision to choose this place. Thank you so much, Towkir, for all your help!
- KPKristina PNov 10, 20255.0I sent the star rating but wanted to add a few details. This storage facility is clean and well organized. There are Dollie’s to use and many loading doors. The sign up process was easy - it only took an email and one phone call. Also, when I left the facility I sent an email to inquire about the process and they responded IMMEDIATELY- no warning required! Lastly, it can get busy so keep that in mind when planning your move in/move out. I strongly recommend this facility because the staff was helpful, there was a lot of automation and good hours.
