- RMRoger MehtaJan 30, 20265.0I needed a storage facility and it was 4:30 in the evening. I googled and found Access Storage had the best rating. I called and they were closing at 5pm so I rushed to the facility on Manning Road. I got there at 4:45pm, and met Cathy. She was new to the site but she expertly took care of me, did not mind that it was late, took me to the storage space even though it was past closing time. She found the most suitable spot as I had specific storage requirements and made me feel like a very valuable customer, as though I was buying a very expensive item. She followed up the next day via a call to see if I had received text on how to get access to my account. It was a very pleasant experience and appreciated how well I was taken care . Thank you Cathy.
- HRH W (RH)Dec 30, 20251.0Dishonest people. Overcharged me multiple times. I have the original signed agreement and the subsequent invoices to prove how they kept over charging me many times. As of today, I am still being charged more than what I have signed on paper with them. If anyone wants to deal with a crooked business, this is the right place. If anyone values integrity, professionalism, and transparency, access storage is NOT the one.
