Went in looking for a couch came out with a new dining room table lol. Sales lady was awesome. Went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered. Even called on the supervisor or manager to come help when we couldn’t figure out the locking mechanism for the table. Even he didn’t know how it locked since it was a new style of table they were selling in the end we figured it out. Also bought a new bbq on the way out lol. Delivery was awesome!! the delivery crew were efficient and courteous. Unpacked it assembled it and picked up after themselves! Priceless. Awesome service from purchase to delivery. I called the Brick today asking for a couple used mattress bags which they regularly throw out.The greedy store wants $15 per used bag. I've bought many times before from them and will never ever buy a thing again. If I could give a 0 star I would.I will be buying all new appliances for my new home in in a couple weeks and due to their attitude I will not spend a dime there. Good luck with 15 bucks a bag you will lose lots more on my sale

Delivery staff were great. Very friendly. Had everything arranged for them so they were in and out quickly. After our major storm I wasn't sure they would be able to deliver. We live on a main artery and the gentleman was professional in his driving ability to back into the driveway.

The Brick sells good quality furniture and I was happy with my salesman Derek who took the time to find me the perfect chair. The delivery team was professional and courteous as they put a very big box in my living room and left telling me I'll need to set it up myself or hire a company to do it. Unfortunately I was left disappointed that after paying $150 out of town delivery charge to find out that they don't set up. I was left a very large box to figure out how to put together a very heavy recliner myself and get rid of the cardboard. Thankfully it was straight forward to put together; however the reclining function does not work and I now need to contact the Brick to get it fixed. This could've been dealt with in a few minutes, if the Brick included the set up. I blame myself because I didnt think to ask if set up was included....Ive had 3 delivery companies over the past couple of years deliver furniture, for less of a delivery charge, and each of them set up the furniture, made sure it worked and took away the garbage. I just assumed that for $150 the Brick would be no different...I was wrong and learned a lesson. I love my chair (although it doesnt recline yet) but the Brick needs to relook at their policy for of town deliveries and do better.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
