The first one was damaged and it was the length of time I had to wait for the replacement. Thought Leon’s would have worked better at the time! Still need to put the legs on but it is quite nice! The delivery men were fabulous and friendly along with being professional!
- PMPAULA MartelNov 13, 20251.0Terribly disappointed with this business. Purchased a love seat in May. Same one we purchased 5-6 years ago. By June, not even a month later the fabric on the seat is deteriorating. They asked for pictures and said it was cut which it was not. Told me to go through the warranty program who refused me as well. This unit was not even a month old. Not once did a manager contact me nor did anyone actually come out to see the unit. In September the second cushion started to deteriorate even with a cover on it. Once again called Leon’s and the refused to use the manufacturer’s warranty. Told me to contact the insurance which we paid for. They both refused to do anything about it. As far as I am concerned they both have treated us badly. We have a loveseat that is under 6 months old ruined and nobody will take responsibility. Terrible business and a big company once again taking hard earned money from hard working people and treating them badly. Not once did anyone come out and actually see the unit to see how the fabric is actually falling apart on its own. Never again will I purchase from a company that does not stand behind their preducts and Zuccura home the insurance company that steals from their clients and does not honour their warranty which was paid for.
