  This was the feedback I shared with access storage and my experience. It was VERY poor and honestly ridiculous. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your facility. Unfortunately, it was far from pleasant and stands in stark contrast to prior storage experiences I have had elsewhere, which were handled professionally and efficiently. To explain the situation clearly: my belongings were already stored in a friend’s double unit. When my friend decided to vacate the unit, I arranged to take over storage myself. I was informed that no single units were available and that a double unit would need to be split into two individual units regardless. Given that my belongings were already occupying one side of the existing double unit—and my friend was physically present, having already removed all of his items—I requested that his file simply be closed and that the now-vacant portion be reopened under my name. This would have avoided any unnecessary handling or movement of my belongings. Despite this being a logical and efficient solution, the manager refused, stating that because my items were already in the unit, I would be required to remove everything into the hallway before any administrative changes could be made. This requirement was unreasonable and completely unnecessary given that the unit was already being split and the space was already occupied by my belongings. As a result of this decision, I was forced to move my entire storage contents two units down into a different space that had been split—despite the fact that my items were already in a suitable unit that met the same criteria. This caused significant, avoidable physical effort, wasted time, and frustration. The issue here was not availability or policy, but a failure to apply basic logic and flexibility. I was not attempting to occupy a unit without paying or bypass procedures—I was simply continuing to rent space that I was already using. The insistence on moving everything, rather than handling the transition administratively, demonstrates poor problem-solving and customer service. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled and expect this feedback to be taken seriously. This experience has significantly impacted my perception of your facility, and I hope corrective steps are taken to ensure future customers are not subjected to similar unnecessary inconvenience.

  very polite staff great affordable units great deals and very clean and safe storage.... and to the person who had the cockroach and mouse crap problem maybe you shouldn't bring your bugs and your mice to the storage unit because they have very clean units and you're the only one that complained about that shame on you if I get bugs or mice in my stuff I'll blame you not access storage Mr G.R gritt
