  They deserve a zero ranking. They are a complete scam. They take your money in advance and then send you a novice cleaner. She didnt even know what she will be doing. I told her I sent you a big note already while booking, she said she didnt know. So I again explained her what she supposed to be doing, will beusing our vacuum cleaner and I paid for a deep clean already. She was late for 30mins, then after 1.5 hours she somewhat cleaned bedrooms and washroom, hardly touched basement and completely didnt touch the main floor (Living rooms, dining and kitchen area) and started saying "I have to go, I have a very tight schedule". I was dumbfounded with such attitude. I clearly paid for a deep clean the whole house and she hardly clean half of it and she was running? Clearly the contact person or the boss/owner whoever he is, I think his name was andrew and he clearly didnt communicate with this girl who came to clean. She didnt even touch windows which was clearly written in the deep clean " clean window seal", she didnt even touch any stairs (which was even standard clean part), vacuumed bedroom carpets like just somehow 1 touch, 2 bathrooms mirror didnt even touch, in the basement, I clearly showed her there is a small office room just dust and clean should be okay, she didnt even go there, while she was about to run away, leaving 60% house uncleaned and untouched I requested her there is a party tomorrow for Thanksgiving and thats why I hired you by paying $411.89 cad, somehow clean the powder room main floor. She reluctantly said yes while chatting with her boss, somehow cleaned the toilet and floor and didnt even touch the mirror. Her face looked like she was about to cry, I was like you know girl just leave. Dont cry and waste anymore of my time as I have to start cleaning the whole house now!!!! I took all photos what she has done! so for this which is not even a standard clean forget about the deep clean, and even 40% of that was cleaned, I paid $411.89cad. These people are simply doing scams. Please stay away from them and dont waste your money and time. because you have to ultimately clean the whole house later by yourself! Its a nothing but a SCAM! Dont hire them, save yourself! It happened today 11th october,2025 in Waterloo, ON.

  Booking the appointment online was nice and easy. Andrew was great to discuss the details of the upcoming appointment, as well as helping with a quote beforehand. Jowital was very sweet and professional. Happy with everything!

  Had them come in for a deep clean before Christmas! They did a great job! Would definitely use them again!
