  My experience has not been great using this company's service, I rented a unit when I downsized my living arrangements, since I've started renting, in this time they have raised my fee repeatedly doubling my original fee, if you need short term I'm sure it would be fine but I feel gouged by the company and when I inquired as to the justification to the rise in fees I was left unanswered and my contact was ignored, there are other storage companies that offer better service at a better price and don't jack up the price because there's no legislation to prevent them from gouging thier clients. Before considering Access storage, Check other local storage companies that offer just as good if not better service without ripping off their longer termed customers. And don't go for the free 4 weeks offer, it actually is not free when you do the math because this charge is every 4 weeks (28 days) not month to month as most people think, in light you make more than 12 payments/year. I'm sure the staff is friendly but that means nothing to the cost and purpose of the unit as a company, in addition to this issue, my unit is in poor condition for the price I am paying and the security is very slack, no prevention of theft from what I can see. Storage unit is off common public areas, cameras do nothing to prevent it and the entry and storage doors are fairly insecure and can be easily broken into and stolen before anyone can do anything about it, I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you value what you store, insurance is offered for extra but only covers a certain amount so don't store anything expensive and it can never replace heirlooms or personal treasures. Overall I would not recommend using this company for storage if you have the option.
