- JEJeff ENov 10, 20255.0On the 8th of November I went to the St Thomas JYSK looking for a mattress. I wasn’t quite sure which one would be best, and was approached by Amy offering assistance. After explaining why I needed a new mattress and what my needs were, Amy pointed me in the direction of a mattress that was actually less expensive than the one I had originally been looking at. She took the time to explain why this mattress would be better for me, and how the 100 night sleep guarantee works if I wanted to exchange it. I would classify Amy as a “customer service expert!” She was professional, knew the products well, and helpful beyond belief. I have slept on the mattress two nights now, and have awakened both mornings with my aches and pains gone. Amy’s caring, her professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction make her a stand out employee! Thank you Amy for being so helpful and honest and dramatically improving my sleep quality!!!

If you're going to sell a lamp to people it's probably a good idea to make it compatible with a commonly sourced light bulb and not some endangered species of bulb that exists only in legends unearthed in ancient tomes. There was no mention of this sorcery anywhere on the packaging and no manual or one-sheet was provided. I wasn't prepared to travel a fortnight to locate a light bulb that 1% of the population is even familiar with. Having said that, this will be my last foray into the world of JYSK, which, most certainly translates to, inconvenience,
