They made the whole process so much easier and actually enjoyable. Shanti especially went above and beyond — she even helped load a very heavy couch for me last week, which I truly appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and works extremely hard. Amy was also amazing and super helpful throughout everything. Employees like Shanti and Amy are the reason people come back. They both deserve raises and recognition for how hardworking and kind they are. Thank you both for such awesome customer service!
