Their remote sign up is extremely easy to use and handy if you can't make it to the office in London. Each time I called they answered promptly and politely. They also explained and went over my agreement very throughly which is very nice. I want to thank my customer service rep Lakezia for being so patient with me when I had numerous questions! All in all this is a great unit to rent because of how easy it was to set up and I appreciate how clean and secure the location is. I have dealt with shady run down storage units in the past and Access Storage is not one of them. Thanks again!
