    Don't waste your money on the furniture warranty they don't fix or replace. Ended up with rip on the couch that they said was not repairable, and they won't replace it. What did get the warranty for? Accidental rips and burns are said to be covered. Very disappointing when they tell you not fixable. They won't replace it either. False information

    Had to wait because all salesperson were busy so my husband found the chair he wanted and had a relaxing nap! We had a sales rep walk by and said they would send someone over to take care of us. She quickly wrote the bill and we paid for the chair and five year warranty. We left knowing he had got the chair he wanted. The sales staff was busy but she got it done fast and efficient. Thank you. Ps. Got the chair today 5 days later and I haven't heard a word from hubby since. He's taking a nap.

    I would not even give them a 1 star rating. We bought a leather couch 22 months ago and purchased the 5 year warranty. The couch started peeling so we called them. They sent out a guy who was going to reupholster the area, but the replacement did not match at all. THEN, the brick. Called to say that we could get a $500 in store credit (tax included), and warranty would be void. We told them that that would not work. They then offered a $900 credit, which we declined. They have refused to replace the couch. This is a complete ripoff and never again would I recommend to ANYONE to shop there. Obviously Leon's is a more favorable place to shop. Why buy a warranty if you will not honor it. The Brick is a joke

    This delivery team was much better than the last ones we had! First team wouldn’t even take the couch off the truck for delivery and just said “we know it won’t fit”…..Well then comes those amazing team on another day for the same delivery and guess what…not only did they take it off the truck…it was able to fit and be delivered! The team was absolutely amazing with getting the couch in and we are very appreciative of their work and knowledge of how to maneuver larger items to fit where needed! They were polite, considerate and respectful! Shitty that the other team couldn’t do there job in the first place and we had to go without furniture for a week but in the end all worked out thanks to this amazing team!

    Recently bought 2 chairs from the Brick store St. Catharines. I asked the Sales rep, do these need to be assembled, he said no i don't think so. The chairs arrived. When we opened the first one, it had to be assembled. I found the chair not as comfortable after sitting in it for a short while. I wanted to exchange these, the other still in box not assembled, and was told no, you cannot because their policy is they do not do returns on furniture requiring assembly. I was not aware of the policy and was also told they would not need to be assembled at time of purchase. So here i am stuck with 2 chairs, that are not great for comfort. Satisfaction guaranteed? That is what they claim but when it comes down to it, not the case or read the fine print. This is not the first time i have had a poor experience with the Brick(same location) and have bought many things from the Brick over the years. Anyway, will think twice about going back. My first experience was terrible and we were planning on purchasing over $3000 in merchandise. I asked for the delivery charge to be waive of $90 which they refused. However was told that they would remove if i made a donation to some charity. There was another incident where we had tables delivered to the store. Received a call they were there for pick up. Drove out there only to find out one piece missing. They said you will need to come back...this was not our problem and after discussion and complaining they finally agreed to deliver. Maybe just this store but note to self...will avoid in future
