Terrible product-in our case deck boards….. water seeping out as we screwed them down, 2 days later they all cracked, warped and shrunk causing gaps in between where the boards were butted up together on both the sides and ends, bevelled/warped to the point of you are not walking on a flat surface you can feel the warp under your shoes
Customer service was horrible at the store - when informed of this the 2 guys behind the counter told us they didn’t know what to tell us and that they have never heard of this before - leaving us with no suggestions or contacts to get in touch with
Head office is pathetic to deal with - took 2 months to even get someone to acknowledge our phone calls ( called every other day ) …. Then they just gave untrue reasoning, blame on us, told us that it’s because Rona associate didn’t install it and the list goes on and on contradicting everything in the next email , and so on and so forth
Needless to say they offered not even 1/3 of a refund and called it a gesture of goodwill …. So if you are thinking of purchasing lumber from Rona-especially the store located in Springfield, Ontario I would recommend to check out your other options and go with a totally different company!!!!!
Terrible product, terrible customer service at the store, and totally pathetic customer service at head office, they should be ashamed of themselves.

When will my online payment be processed?

How much time will it take to process my order?
