    My husband and I were shopping for a new mattress, we stopped in here where we were met with Josh. He was amazing! He helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and somehow made it better than what we were looking for. He gave us so much knowledge about mattresses that we didn't know prior. He was very personable and not pushy whatsoever. The pickup process was easy, and our mattress arrived within a week. We've had it for just over a month now and we love it! If you have any mattress needs, Josh is your guy!

    When we walked into the Brick, we met with Peter who was knowledgeable, friendly but mostly, not pushy. He was respecting and answered all our questions and the ones he could not, he got our answer from research or a colleague within minutes. We ordered items for delivery and again, the two gentlemen were friendly, courteous and timely. Overall, a very pleasant experience

    It had been years since we were looking for the perfect sofa for our family. My husband and I both have back problems, so it has been difficult to find something that is truly comfortable. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a sofa that wouldn’t properly support us. On weekends, we usually have family movie nights, so having a comfortable sofa is very important to us. We shopped around at different stores, and we’re so thankful for the help we received from Lucille at The Brick in Orillia. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while helping us choose the right sofa. Thanks to her, we found one that we really love at a great price. We truly appreciate her excellent customer service and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture.

    Happy to take your money and not deliver product. Keep back ordering with no guarantee of delivery. Wait a month only to be told back ordered again for another month with no guarantee of delivery and no compensation for wait or care to customer. Not a cheap order either. Over $5000 they hold hostage. They Do not investigate cause of delay or give solution to the problem. They do not care about the customer whatsoever. Finally got a refund but Will never go back to the Brick.

    Unprofessional. Went in with my girlfriend to buy a mattress, box spring and bed. We where helped by a sales lady the hole time. We picked out what we wanted then asked about the price for the box spring as it was not listed. She told us it was $150, $50 more than the previous place we where at. I agreed to it out of convenience. She then upsold us on a mattress cover for about $30 more insuring it would get us the 180 day sleep garentee. I thought It would be the smart thing to get it. We then go and pay for everything. After I get my receipt she asks if she put the pick up date on it. I said no you never mentioned how long it would be, assuming it would be next week as it was Friday. She then tells us the bed won't be in for 2 weeks. I ask my 8 month pregnant girlfriend if that will be okay. She says we can make do and sleep downstairs for now. The second week comes around and I get a phone call on the Tuesday saying my bed is in and I can come pick everything up. I tell the lady I will be in Friday or Saturday to get it, she says okay. I work a night shift Wednesday then get a phone call from the Brick on Thursday at 1pm while I am sleeping. No message was left so I assume they are wondering when I will be getting my stuff. No other calls or messages. I come in on the Saturday to pick everything up and the pickup department tells me my bed is not in. I say that I was told 4 days ago everything was ready. She says they forgot to send the bed on the truck and that they called me and left a message telling me this. I said you never left a message. (My phone does not delete the notification unless I physically do it through my voicemail). So that was a blatant lie. I decided to take what they have because I am already there. As I am signing for the pickup of the items she tells me my mattress is non returnable... I said yeah just the 180 sleep garentee, right? Wrong, she says no. Because the mattress has a manufacturer defect (that the sales lady pointed out to us and confirmed) I do not get the 180 day sleep garentee. The only reason I bought their over priced mattress cover was for the garentee the sales lady sold us on. She said yes she must have made a mistake. So if you are looking for a professional experience avoid this place at all costs. Especially if you need something in a timely manner.
