The counter chairs we bought look nothing like the pictures they have online and there is zero return policy. We spent over 2k on furniture and cant exchange the chairs for another colour we were told. Not on clearances, regular sale. Staff was nice but now we have chairs in a strange colour… forever… worth shopping around…

Don't just.....don't.....6 months 2 fridges and counting.....Toula was wonderful, a great sales person.....the rest were ignorant, arrogant....didn't believe me when I told them the issue...finally when they send someone out realize that there is an issue. Place an order for another one wait another two months and the same thing happens. Except for now, I have to go through more hoops then the first time to have it corrected if it ever does get corrected. absolutely the most frustrating experience I have ever had purchasing appliances. Just warning you all do not buy from this place ever.... i’d give it zero if I could.

We stopped by The Brick in Orillia today to price large appliances for a home we'll be moving to in a few weeks. We were greeted by a pleasant lady by the name of Lucille. After explaining what we wanted, she helped us find what we were looking for. Lucille was very knowledgeable about each appliance and explained everything to us, and was able to answer all of our questions. As a result, we ordered new fridge, stove, washer and dryer which will all be delivered the day of move in. When we return for a couple of other items , we'll be sure to ask for Lucy.

Lucille was very helpful in aiding me in finding the right sectional for my home. Prior to my decision, Lucille ensured it was in stock and available for a quick delivery. She also explained about protection of the material, warranty and took measurements to make sure it will fit through my door. In short, Lucille is very knowledgeable about the products, cares about the customers and goes the extra mile to ensure things go smoothly.
Saturday: The delivery men were well within the time range given, were courteous, placed it where I asked and took all the wrappings. My couch looks great! I am very happy!

As a non-permanent neighbour I found some of the staff unfriendly often with sarcastic smiles as our eyes meet. Great , hard working staff, except for whom ever is third party company responsible for night time security. It seems that they choose whom can or can't overnight park. They do the same "type of night time security" on the Sport Chek side of the parking lot. It's five star for the brick itself but the night time security makes it feel like an unsafe place with threatening body language , vocabulary, and 'goddy undercarrage lighting package'. One can tell he has no professional training when it comes to people skills. He watches the parking lot from a church parking lot behind the HSPCA on West st(wonder if he has a day job or is he nocturnal type "Llolx2" Laughing literally out loud ,<ha,hahhah,ha> )Privately interesting Must be pissed about failure reperesented by Sand Hills Property Management group ; whats the corelation to sand hill on Atherly.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
