Managed to damage both our washer and dryer before delivering, could not provide an equivalent product and got a lesser brand provided. Also the follow up delivery for replacements are a week out at best, sales managers did not contact us despite brick csr saying they would, very disappointing display of work so far from this store, hopefully they can correct these mistakes.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Bed frame extremely bad quality...Worse customer service experience and very bad product quality. We recently bought a bed frame from The Brick thinking the quality would be better than other stores we've bought bed frames from, and to our dismay the quality of the bed is horrendous. Very flimsy headboard, scratches on the wood. The bed itself looks like it could break anytime. I called customer service and they kept yelling me to send an email woth photos/videos within 2 days. I did that and havent received a reply as yet. I keep seeing there's no return policy, but if you're a customer focused company and your customer has a genuine complaint, why not listen and assist them and make it possible for a return to be set in place. Such an utter disappointment. All other furniture stores accept returns and if try their best to help solve the issue. NEVER AGAIN! LESSON LEARNED!
P.s. There's a video showing how flimsy the headboard is, but i'm unable to upload it. Please be careful when buying furniture from this store. 🙏

Horrific Experience. Be aware when dealing with the BrIck. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Dealt with salesman Ramesh. I was initially given a BLANK invoice when I paid. I was told I would get the completed invoice on delivery. One day prior to delivery I get the updated invoice by email outlining my purchase. I was invoiced for items I didn’t purchase. I was charged for delivery which was supposed to be free (won a spin wheel). I was FULLY charged for a product protection coverage even though we agreed to the coverage for a substantially lower amount. Afterwards, You can’t reach anyone at the store, the customer service line understands my frustration and can only help with some issues and then refers me back to the store (who doesn’t answer the phone). Just not worth the headache of dealing with this company.

I am extremely disappointed with The Brick and their "Protection Plus" 5-year furniture warranty. I purchased a reclining sofa in 2021, which was marketed and sold by the sales team as "High Quality Durable Genuine Leather." The sofa was delivered with a hole in the leather, and my interaction with customer service to get a replacement delivered was not pleasant.
In less than five years from purchasing (only 2 years in use), the finish is physically peeling and delaminating—a clear material defect. Despite my 5-year warranty explicitly covering "Surface failure from peeling," their customer service is attempting to deny the claim in their 1st email labeling as "wear and tear" then later in their 2nd reply using a 14-day reporting rule (which only applies to "accidental stains" like spills). They are intentionally misinterpreting the grammar of their own contract to avoid honouring a structural failure of the material.
Additionally, a minor accidental crayon mark by my child—listed as a covered incident in the warranty—was denied. The first denial cited 14-day rule, then it became about the size of the marking, and later reply cited “misuse and abuse,” which are inconsistent with the warranty terms.
I paid for peace of mind, but instead, I was sold a product that is not performing like "Genuine Leather" and a warranty that the company refuses to honor. I feel completely misled by the marketing of this sofa.
To potential buyers: Do not waste your money on their extended protection plans. They will find every loophole possible to avoid honouring your purchases once they have your money.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
