Such a non sense customer care and sellers. They have 1000 reasons not to honour the warranty purchased, shame on them. My post-warranty 90-day period was over 15 days, and they did not bother to even listen to what I was saying.
The sellers in 2021, when buying the TV, never mentioned the 90-day limit to use the extended warranty, nor did they mention purchasing specific items only. They find these excuses at the time of claiming the amount to use. No empathy or even humanity, although the blunders are made by them.

I have been a customer of this company for a considerable period, having purchased a queen-size mattress approximately three to four years ago with no issues. I was very satisfied with the product and service. So as a loyal customer, I went there too for my other purchase.
Recently, I visited their store and purchased a king-size mattress. Since then, I have experienced significant problems with this mattress. I visited the store to select a different one, but upon delivery, the new mattress did not meet my expectations, and I continued to face issues. After consulting a doctor, I was informed that the mattress is not suitable for my body, and I obtained a medical certificate to support this.
When I approached customer service regarding this matter, I was met with a rude response. I explained my situation multiple times and provided the doctor’s note, but the representative reiterated that I could only exchange for the same size mattress and would need to pay a delivery fee. Despite my requests for special consideration, they refused and insisted I speak with the salesperson.
Given my doctor’s advice and the issues I am experiencing, I find it unreasonable to be required to select the same size mattress. I requested store credit to purchase an alternative product, but this was also denied.
I would advise others to thoroughly test and evaluate their purchases before making a final decision, as options may be limited afterwards. For my part, I am disappointed and will not consider shopping here in the future.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
