  We just bought a dryer to be delivered to my mom’s home. Service was great when they want to make a sale but afterwards was less than perfect. The dryer came used and dusty and they dropped it down and left. We were told they would at least take the old dryer away well that didn’t happen how are seniors supposed to do this? And sale agent promised they would take it away. Now we r stuck with 2 dryers and a sour taste. No one to answer phones to help us. Do better Leons

  We visited this location from Scarborough and initially had a good interaction with a salesperson named Pramod. He was okay when he was showing the products. However, once we expressed that we wanted to take some time to research and think before making a purchase, his behavior completely changed. He became rude and told us that we had “wasted his half an hour.” As customers, we have every right to take time before making a decision—especially for a significant purchase like furniture. Providing assistance is part of a salesperson’s role, and it should not come with pressure or disrespect. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend dealing with him.

  Sales personnel were professionally friendly!! The two delivery staff were amazing!! They were polite, respectful, efficient and overall did a GREAT job. They nailed it!!! The only issue was the wait time from when we purchased our sofa (the end of December) to the delivery date (April 17th) and the lack of communication from anyone at Leon’s regarding the delivery date.

  I recently purchased a BeautyRest king mattress from Leon’s Scarborough location, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The mattress delivered to me was damaged (ripped on the side), and the hygiene mattress cover that is supposed to be provided at delivery was not included. I contacted customer service immediately to report the issue, and they assured me that a replacement mattress would be delivered. However, during the second delivery attempt, although the new mattress was on the truck, the delivery team refused to complete the exchange because I did not have the hygiene cover to wrap the original mattress. This was extremely frustrating, as the cover had not been provided during the initial delivery. Additionally, I had been informed by customer service that the delivery team would bring the hygiene cover during the replacement visit, but they did not. Since then, I have been trying to reach customer service throughout the day, but have been unable to get any resolution. Calls are answered, but I am repeatedly told I will be transferred, and then no one picks up. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, with poor coordination between customer service and the delivery team.

  Avoid This Store – Terrible Service and Broken Promises I strongly recommend staying away from Leon’s. My experience has been a series of delays, damaged products, and absolute unprofessionalism. Our sales rep was Nicholas(Nick) G, but once the sale was finalized, the service completely evaporated. The BBQ Nightmare We purchased a BBQ that was delivered with missing items. So the lights doesn’t work, it has no top grill. Specifically, we were promised a cover that four months later still hasn't arrived. To make matters worse, the BBQ itself has broken pieces resulting from their incompetent installation team. The Stained Couch Our new couch arrived stained. It took a ridiculous three months for them to even send someone out to look at it. When they finally showed up to clean it, they couldn't even remove the stain. Essentially, I’m stuck with a brand-new, dirty piece of furniture. Rude and Messy Service The general furniture we ordered was missing steps for the installation. When they finally sent someone to "fix" the issue, the technician was incredibly rude. He left my own tools and debris all over the floor and had the audacity to blame me for a "remove piece" instruction that was completely invisible. Zero Support The customer support is some of the worst I’ve encountered. They don't respond to inquiries, and when you finally do get a hold of someone, they lie about following up. Save yourself the headache and your money. I will never shop here again.
